SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours (on working days). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Exception - for locations in the interiors, remote areas or ODA (Out of Delivery Area) delivery may take up to 10 working days. 

Shipping charges: 

Please note COD may not be available for some pin codes. 

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram, Haryana by reputed courier agencies. 

Cancellation Policy:

If your order was prepaid, please allow a period of 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. 
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

In case the product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item please contact us. We ensure we want to make things right; we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Our delivery services operate from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays. 

• Ozone Signature is not responsible for damage after delivery.
