Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours (on working days). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Exception - for locations in the interiors, remote areas or ODA delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping charges:

• We offer free shipping on domestic orders above Rs. 799/-
• For orders below Rs. 799/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply.
• For COD (Cash on delivery) an extra charge of Rs. 50 will apply.

Please note COD may not be available for some pin codes.

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India by reputed courier agencies.

Cancellation Policy:

If your order was prepaid, please allow a period of 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We would like you to have complete satisfaction with your experience. In case you are unsatisfied with the product, we are happy to provide a refund for the same. Please inform us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Damaged or defective product:

In case your package is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item please contact us. We ensure we want to make things right, we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.

• Ozone Signature is not responsible for damage after delivery.
