According to Ayurveda Siddha Taila is medicated oil or preparation used to treat prescribed concerns.
Where Indian Sesame Oil (Tila Taila) is used as base and mixed with therapeutic herbs ,the potency of herbs is transferred into the oil and thus the oil formed is medicated oil(Siddha Taila).

Siddha Taila is prepared following ancient documented taila paka vidhi.
The herbs are made into a decoction or paste (Kadha), filtered and then mixed with Sesame Oil (Til Taila). This mixture is boiled till the water part is removed and only oil in the form of medicated oils (Siddha) remains.
